Meet Our Attorneys

Max C. Sutton

For over fourteen years, Max has spent countless hours litigating complex civil and criminal cases for his clients. He started the practice to provide representation for those facing the most serious legal issues. He has represented thousands of clients facing DUI charges, criminal charges, family related issues and a variety of other civil matters in jurisdictions throughout central Ohio.

Max earned his law degree from the Ohio State University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is an active member of the Licking County Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Max is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Ohio as well as the Southern District of Ohio’s Federal Court.

Max was born, raised and lives in Licking County. He actively strives to give back to his community through dedicating his time to his church, St. Francis de Sales and The Salvation Army, The Works and The Licking County Food Pantry network. Max is a member of the Newark Kiwanis and Maennerchor.
