Meet Our Attorneys
Max C. Sutton
For over fourteen years, Max has spent countless hours litigating complex civil and criminal cases for his clients. He started the practice to provide representation for those facing the most serious legal issues. He has represented thousands of clients facing DUI charges, criminal charges, family related issues and a variety of other civil matters in jurisdictions throughout central Ohio.
Max earned his law degree from the Ohio State University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is an active member of the Licking County Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Max is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Ohio as well as the Southern District of Ohio’s Federal Court.
Max was born, raised and lives in Licking County. He actively strives to give back to his community through dedicating his time to his church, St. Francis de Sales and The Salvation Army, The Works and The Licking County Food Pantry network. Max is a member of the Newark Kiwanis and Maennerchor.
Mallory
Mallory's practice areas include Custody and Visitation, Divorce, Dissolution, Child Support, Adoption, School Law and Real Estate. She is also a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem in the Licking County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division.
Mallory graduated with her law degree from the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law and received her bachelor's from Otterbein University. She is an active member of the Licking County and Ohio State Bar Associations and has participated in pro-bono legal aid clinics through the Southeastern Ohio Legal Services.
Mallory was born and raised in Licking County, a graduate of Heath High School and is extremely proud to work in this community.Robert H. Ritzler
Robert's legal practice consists of Criminal Defense, OVI/DUI Defense, and Social Security Disability Law cases. He has litigated cases at both the misdemeanor and felony levels throughout Licking, Muskingum, Franklin, and Delaware Counties.
He graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and obtained his law degree from Capital University. Robert is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association as well the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Robert has lived in Ohio all his life and is honored to serve this community.
